The Irish Soccer Shop originated as a small local shop in Derry City selling a wide range of sporting goods. Our customer base grew gradually over the 10 years we have been in operation so the natural step was to start an online shop so we could reach our potential customer target.
Originally we went by the name The Soccer Shop but decided to change it recently and concentrate on Irish soccer and GAA products alone. We came to this decision on a recent trip to New York when we quickly realised the potential market for Irish nationals abroad. So we’ve decided to give the Irish across the world a great opportunity to follow they’re club and country wherever they are.
I agree it’s a very short history but so far we have been met with a very positive response so we aim to make it a very long future with all our customers and will continue to grow with your help.
With the sheer volume of Ex-pats in America, Australia and across the UK we just aim to help paint the world Green, White and Orange.
