2011/2012 Ireland Away Jersey Short Sleeve

This new Ireland away jersey is for the 2011/2012 season, including the Euro 2012 qualifiers.

The black away jersey sees the Irish break from tradition, as the Republic of Ireland have traditionally worn a white away top.

The green part of the jersey contains the Umbro 'diamond' logo as well as the Irish football crest (FAI - Football Association of Ireland).

"3" is an Irish cellular company and the sponsor of the Irish away kit.

Technically, the Ireland away shirt features a textured fabric that provides comfort and breath-ability. (This jersey feels absolutely fantastic on the skin.) It looks and feels comfortable like cotton, but is extremely effective at absorbing moisture away from the skin and drying quickly. The shirt also features a small 'grandad' collar neck with concealed snap closure.
